The Documents Library contains documents, forms and leaflets in use in Hillingdon for the purposes of conducting procedures contained in this manual.
The available forms are listed below. They will be linked to the relevant chapters when the manual is next updated.
The forms in the library can be accessed, printed and downloaded in an unaltered form. They may not be used for any other reason, including the selling, licensing, transfer, copying or reproduction in whole or in part in any manner or in or on any media to any person without the prior written consent of the London Borough of Hillingdon.
HOW TO RECOMMEND/SUGGEST A NEW/AMENDED FORM
If you would like to recommend a form to be included in the library or an amendment to an existing form, please email: ilevine@hillingdon.gov.uk
NEW OR AMENDED FORMS
When including any new or amended form in the Library we will indicate the date of inclusion or amendment in the 2nd column: 'When inserted'
HOW TO ACCESS/VIEW/COMPLETE A FORM
In order to access a form, click on the category you require, scroll to the form and click on it.
YOU CAN SEARCH FOR A FORM
When you have logged into the Forms Library you can search for forms, but do not use the Search button on the left of the screen. This is for the procedures chapters only. Press and hold the 'Control' key, then press the 'F' key. This will bring up a long box on the top right of your screen. Type in the word you want to search and press Enter. Click on the arrows in the box to find the relevant form.
